Web Development

XHTML & CSS

With use of HTML and Cascading Style Sheets, your site is sure to spark interest and a return visit.

Validation of site through www.w3.org insures your site works across multiple browsers & platforms.

Site can be custom built, built from a theme of another website, or built with use of a Website Template

If you can dream it, we can build it.

Open Source Solutions

We offer open source solutions as a method of web development. Open Source Web Applications are fully functional applications that have a free public use license. This allows you to save costs as the initial development does not cost anything. The open source solutions we offer are as following but are not limited to just this list. The core focus for the technologies behind these solutions are: php, MySQL, ASP.net, SQL.

I-Frames

I-Frames allows the use of multiple websites in just one browser. This is a great resource for organizations that have more then one company website.

I-frames can be utilized to organize your company's websites in a clean, clear, and simple manor.

Dynamically Loaded Development

Dynamically Loaded Content can best be described as a website that changes dependant on the users requests, and other specifics defined from within the code. Open source solutions are examples of a dynamically loaded website, as they have the the programming code that is loaded on the server, finds the specific data from relevant databases, xml files, web service providers, and then sends it to the html document. The html document is then sent to the browser.

A Statically Loaded Website is a website where the content does not change.

Let me try and explain the differences in a simplified version:

Steps to Load a Dynamic Site
  1. You type www.freeits.net in your browser.(Real World Example)
  2. Browser sends request to server.
  3. Server finds relevant code and runs code.
  4. Code executes and sorts specific requests with relevant data sources, and/or other code.
  5. Code is compiled and formatted and then prepared for delivery.
  6. Code is output into HTML document.
  7. HTML document is sent to your browser.

Steps to Load a Static Site
  1. You type www.intechspecial.com in your browser.(Real World Example)
  2. Browser sends request to server.
  3. HTML document is sent to your browser.

Tips for Finding the right web design company

I recently wrote an article that was highlighted on Bank Of America's Small Business Online Community. This article was written so that the non-geek can understand how to better work with a web design company so that you are not taken advantage of. This article tries to simplify the things you will need to know BEFORE you start your search in finding a decent company to build a website for you. Unfortunately, it really is not going to be a simple process to find a company you can trust, unless you have a decent understanding of web technology. To view this article, please click here.
